I recognise that training and diet needs are individual ā thatās why I offer dedicated one-on-one sessions to help you achieve your goals. My sessions can take place in your home, office or in an outdoor space such as a park ā whatever works best for you and your schedule. To accompany regular exercise sessions, Iāll also design specialised nutrition plans, to maximise your training results.
